Bar Formats
Start by choosing your bar format—Bar Team On-Site, Pop-Up Bar, or the Tavern Trailer.
Bar Team On-Site
Your bar, our bartenders. Perfect for venues or homes with an existing bar setup.
4 hours: 1 bartender $500 • 2 bartenders $800
Additional hours: $125/hr (first bartender) + $75/hr (each additional)
Pop-Up Bar Setup
A clean, portable bar for any space that doesn’t already have one. Simple, stylish, and easy to tuck into any floor plan.
4 hours (with 1 bartender): $700
Add a second bartender: +$300
Additional hours follow the same hourly rates.
The Tavern Trailer
Our converted horse trailer — a full mobile bar experience for outdoor celebrations.
The charm piece your guests will talk about.
4 hours (with 2 bartenders): $1,400
Additional hours: $200/hr
